Lee has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has managed and owned several successful businesses over the past 25 plus years of her real estate career. Now the Founder of Maher Property Group Lee’s business acumen is applied to all property divisions within the organisation.

Professional negotiation is Lee’s specialty field which places her in a distinctly advantageous position amongst her peers. Lee is highly respected within the real estate industry and is well known for her toughness and compassion, a juxtaposition of traits which are embodied in her management style and expectation for herself and her team.

Now somewhere into her 50’s life experience enables Lee to empathise and help clients through all sorts of real estate transacting – first home buying – property investing, sale due to divorce or separation, upsizing and downsizing.
